Sergio Palazzo, mechanical engineer from Universidade Brás Cubas and
postgraduate in Business Administration (Harvard Business University), Production Management
(UFSCar) and Basic and Environmental Sanitation Engineering (UNIP-INBEC). Sergio is the grandson of
Italian immigrants and grew up in a tenement on downtown street in São Paulo.
After
an intensive journey of studies inside and outside of Brazil, he participated in the Executive Sub
Committee of ISTT (Internacional Society for Trenchless Technology), which ABRATT (Brazilian
Association of Trenchless Technology), that had Sergio Palazzo as one of the founders.
SAP Service is the channel he uses, convinced that he will pass on all his
“know-how” in the best way to many technicians and engineers who search for improving their
knowledge.
With more than 30 years of experience in TRENCHLESS – and more then 500 technicians and
engineers trained in the area, it is more and more certain that the dream of giving basic sanitation
